All rebuilt mattresses have a different comfort level, (from xtra firm to super soft and everything in between making it important for you to actually lay on the bed to make sure it is right for you. Rebuilding a mattress is a simple process, kinda like rebuilding a car motor. A old mattress is stripped down to the springs, any old padding (disinfected) that is in usable condition plus any new padding needed is assembled with the springs. Fire retardant barrier is added. A new cover is added, then placed in plastic. A customer cannot tell a rebuilt product from a new product by looking. Of course, we label them as such. All rebuilt mattresses have a one year warranty. Ironically we have less warranty claims, in the first year, than we do all new mattresses.
